Booking Policy

Thank you for choosing Skin Health Aesthetics. To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all our clients, please take a moment to read our booking policy.

1. Appointments

All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or in person.

A confirmation message will be sent once your appointment is successfully booked.

2. Booking Fee

A non-refundable booking fee of £40.00 is required to secure your appointment.

The booking fee will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.

Please note the booking fee is non refundable and non transferable. 

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your fee.

No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the treatment cost.

4. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened treatment or cancellation, with your booking fee forfeited.

5. Age Policy

Clients must be 18 years or older for advanced treatments. Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and may require written consent.

6. Patch Tests

Patch tests are required at least 48 hours before treatments such as laser.

7. Payment

We accept payment via cash, card, or online payment methods.

Full payment is due upon completion of the treatment.

8. Health & Medical Conditions

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or current medications prior to your treatment.

Some treatments may not be suitable depending on your health condition or medical history.
